 On paper Dutch squad  is much stronger. The Dutch defence normally consists of Janmaat, De Vrij, Martins Indi and Blind. De Vrij and Martins Indi  are making lots of mistakes in recent months at Feyenoord but are still peforming very well in the Dutch squad. Only thing I can see is van Gaal will bring in Bruma who did well at PSV, but personally I think he will wait till Rekik is fit again so he can work on a good base for the World Cup. Also Willems is an option to replace Blind, Willems is back at his old level, maybe even better. Last year he peformed very bad and looked like a spoiled child. Because of his attitude and lack of discipline he was also dismissed of every Dutch national squad (including U21 and U19 squads), he seems to be back to 'normal'. 

The Netherlands have had a clean sheet against most of the teams in qualification. Estonia only managed to score against Andorra, the weakest link in this group.

 I am impressed with the new PSV team this season. They have turned around in less than three months from the most hated team in Holland to the most praised team. They have a great attack. Last year they also had a great attack, they scored more than 100 goals, but they ended not as champions cause their defence was always very dangerous and they conceded almost every match.
PSV have made smart transfers and bought former wonderkid Jeffrey Bruma from Chelsea, whose carreer was not going like he imagined. Also they loaned 18 year old Karim Rekik from Manchester City. Together with 18 year old Jetro Willems, a left back who made his debut at the age of 16 at Sparta Rotterdam (and almost made a transfer to Inter Milan at the time) and Brenet or Arias they form the defence. Especially the central duo impresses and are playing like 28year old with much experience. Also Jetro Willlems who was the youngest player to play on a European Championship in 2012 is getting back to his old level, last season he looked like he a spoiled player, he was also left out of all Dutch national squads, even the U19 team, and looks like he has his discipline and mentality back. Willems is one of the greatest talents of the world on left back, his attacking skills are already world class but he has to work on his defensive skills. He seemed to realized this and is showing improvement in the early games of the season.

I have made this bets already a few times this season when PSV this season and I think the bookies are basing this price on last season defence. Cambuur is one of the weaker teams in the Eredivisie. I expect PSV to win here with a clean sheet (again).

PSV new defence is doing great. Bruma and Rekik are really stable except one mistake against ADO. PSV won easily last week against NEC and I think GAE is a similar level. PSV have had a clean sheet this season in all games except the game against ADO.

PSV started the season with almost a whole new squad and it looks like it is paying off. The most improvement is in defence, with Bruma and Rekik you both two one of the most promising defenders of the Netherlands and they are playing with each other like they are 29 years old. I expect a big PSV win with no NEC goals. PSV had a clean sheet two times against Zulte-Waregem. Against ADO they did not, but this was an difficult away game. PSV playing at home so big chance they will keep the 0. Also NEC was very poor against Groningen at home, they have bought the Schottish Premier League topscorer, but the rest of the team is under average, I think they will get a difficult season if they do not any transfers.

Ajax won monday their first match in the Jupiler League with 2-0 from Telstar. The score could have been a lot higher, Ajax created loads of chances. Also in defence they did not give much away.

In midfield especially Bazoer impressed, he looks a lot older physically and in his play but he is just 16 years old. Also winger Lucas Andersen impressed, scored 2 goals and was very threathening the whole game.

In comparison with last game, Jong Ajax will not have the first team players Danny Hoesen and Jasper Cillisen with them, cause otherwise they will not be eligible to play for the first team against AZ this sunday.  Also Veltman is injured for two months, so he wont play also. Lucas Andersen is still a doubt, de Boer will have made a choice if he takes him on the bench against AZ this sunday. Also Serero or Klaasen is expected to go with the first team.
 So the squad for this match is still a bit doubtfull for Jong Ajax, it is all down with the decisions de Boer makes.

FC Oss has a full squad, no injuries or suspensions.
They lost their first game 3-0 against Jong FC Twente, also like Jong Ajax a second team of a club. Jong Ajax is in my ratings better dan Jong Twente so Oss will have another difficult night.

Oss is one of the weakest sides in the Jupiler League in my opinion, even if de Boer decides to take Andersen, Bazoer also with them I think Ajax has more quality than Oss. Oss did not create much against Jong Twente, it was one-sided traffic in Twentes favour. I was very surprised by this odds, think because the bookies have no idea how Jong Ajax strenght is. Ajax conceded only 2 shots on target in their first match and Oss had only 5 shots on target which were not very impressive shots.
This BTTS NO bet for odds 3.2  is for me my value bet of the year.

PSV were very impressive against Zulte last week. The game ended 2-0 but the score could have been a lot higher. Also the defence was very impressive with the new central duo Rekik and Bruma. This weekend PSV had a impressive performance in the first half in the away game against ADO, first half ended 0-3. Second half PSV was sloppy and Bruma made a horrible mistake.

Important for this game to know is that Zulte is playing in their rivals Anderlechts stadium as their own stadium is not good enough for CL. There are not many tickets sold so the game will be played in an half-empty stadium, also half of the tickets sold is to PSV-fans. So PSV is basically playing a game on neutral venue.


If PSV stay focused they will not have any problems with Zulte and should win this easily and keep a clean sheet. Therefore, also because Zulte has not the home advantage, the BTTS NO pick represents value.

 PSV was very impressive against Zulte-Waregem this week. No one expected anything, cause of the leaving of all keyplayers. But in fact, it looks like the lots of changes did PSV good. In attack they have some exciting youngsters. In midfield they won the battle for Adam Maher and grabbed some experience with Schaars. The biggest win for PSV is in defence, last season the defence was every week very worrieng. In fact, PSV scored more than 100 goals but conceded a lot. I think if PSV had this defence last season they would became champions. The defence looks with Rekik and Bruma now very solid. ADO Den Haag has a squad that love goals, especially at home. Mike van Duinen is very dangerous, but I think there is a great chance PSV will concede no goals. Bigger chance than the 2.5 suggests. I suggest to take it now as I think it is possible this will drop.
